As Aeon Tower is set for completion by December, Aeon Luxe Properties has started the planning of its next project, Aeon Bleu.

“We envision Aeon Bleu to be Davao’s first inland residential condotel resort mixed-use development. It will have 5 towers (2 twenty-six storeys, 1 twenty-five storeys, 1 twenty-four storeys and 1 eight storeys) to be constructed in a 1.5 hectare property in Bacaca,” said Aeon Luxe Properties vice president for sales Andrew Bautista, who joined Cruz in the media briefing.

Aeon Bleu, set to be operational in 5 year’s time, will be launched either by March or April this year.

“For Aeon Tower, we guarantee to open it to the public by end of the year. At the moment, we are structurally done. We are just doing the finalization of the fit-out works and the interior design, which we changed since our launch in 2011, and made it more modern. We assure you, that it will be worth the wait,” said Cruz.
